getUrlExtname

Get extname of a url. The returned string is always lowercase. If the URL don't have extname, this function will return an empty string.

getUrlExtname("http://example.com/pathname");
// => ""

getUrlExtname("http://example.com/pathname.ExtName?search.search#hash.hash");
// => "extname"
